❌ No Returns / No Exchanges / No COD

• We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

• We also do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders.

• All orders are custom-made, so please double-check the name, spelling, photo, and other personalization details before placing your order.

✅ Refund Policy (Only for Transit Damage)

We pack every order with care, but in the rare case your item is damaged during transit, we offer a 50% refund or replacement under the following strict conditions:

To Claim a Refund or Replacement:

1. Record a clear unboxing/opening video showing the damage.

2. Share the video with us on WhatsApp: 9588788045

3. The video must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Without a proper video, no refund or replacement will be processed.

🟡 Note: Only 50% refund will be processed for damaged-in-transit claims that follow the above conditions.

❌ Refunds or Replacements Not Applicable For:

• Wrong name, photo, or spelling provided by the customer

• Minor design or color variations (since all items are handmade)

• Delays caused by courier companies (we dispatch on time but cannot control delivery speed)

• Claims made after 24 hours of delivery without proof
