CraftsByMuskan.in is a small handmade gifting business based in India. We sell resin art, personalized gifts, and chocolate hampers created with love and care by Muskan Singla.

All our products are:

• Handmade and customized

• Made after you place the order (no ready stock)

• Shown clearly in product photos, but small differences may occur because each piece is handmade

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website or WhatsApp

• We accept digital payments (UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received

4. Customization

• For custom orders, you must send the required photo or name correctly

• Once we start making the product, changes or cancellations are not allowed

5. Delivery & Shipping

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners

• Orders usually take 5–10 working days to arrive

• Delivery time may vary during festivals or bulk orders

• We are not responsible for courier delays

6. Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Prices may change without prior notice, but your confirmed order price will remain the same

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on CraftsByMuskan.in are owned by us. You may not copy or use our work without permission.
